Templated responses are management or owner responses that have been written by you, or by your friends at The Reputation Lab / My Review Concierge. If it is typical that your reviews feature reoccurring topics (like your brisk delivery time), we might have templated responses for positive reviews that highlight quick delivery time. With three to five of those templated responses loaded in your My Review Concierge platform, you’ll have a variety of management response content, and you can assign any one of those responses to this review.
