These are all hand worked to capture an old and weathered effect to add character to our beams. TimberLite barn beams have an authentic wood grain texture stamped from actual timber into the outer veneer cladding. Beneath this, a layer of adhesive mesh provides flexibility for fluctuating temperatures. The core of our beams is lightweight expanded polystyrene.
