During our onboarding calls, we will teach you how to upload and change your preferred competitors (this is a very simple task, and it is likely quicker to upload competitors in real time in the dashboard than populating the data below). If however you wish for us to upload the first three competitors for you, please provide the appropriate information below. Alternatively, you may skip this part of the form and during our onboarding call you can verbally share the name of your top 3 to 5 competitors and we’ll upload them in real time (a very quick process). Section 4: Building your User Accounts

A member of your team will have Admin Permissions on your account and that Admin Account will have the ability to add and delete users from the account. As part of your onboarding, we will teach you how to add users, and we'll also add your first several team members. Below, please include anyone you wish to have access to the dashboard, their email address, and their desired user level.

Admin: Has control and access to everything. Admins are the only users who can manage billing. User: Can Manage reviews, send request, update their own alerts, and view their assigned locations and groups. Manager: Can manage everything specific to assigned locations and users they’ve created, including request/feedback templates.

I prefer to have custom template responses created by The Reputation Lab Content Team and loaded into the MRC dashboard for our account. Templates will feature unique selling features about your business and be based on topics frequently mentioned within your reviews. The number of templates is outlined on your service agreement.
On Demand Responses: This is like having a Dial-a-Friend Service. If you choose this option your team will have the ability to request that your dedicated MRC Content Producer create responses on up to 5 of your more challenging reviews per month. Simply email your assigned Content Producer requesting support and a custom response will be created for you in the MRC dashboard.
